Our commitment

Sheri Long, REALTOR® is committed to making this website usable by everyone — including people with disabilities and people who browse with assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or magnification. Buying or selling a home is for everyone, and this website should be too.

Conformance target

This website is designed and tested to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Every page is audited with automated accessibility tooling (axe-core) in both light and dark mode, and reviewed for issues automated tools cannot detect.

What we've done

• Full keyboard navigation, with a skip-to-content link and visible focus indicators
• Text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast requirements in light and dark mode
• Screen-reader support: labeled forms and controls, descriptive headings, and live announcements for dynamic content such as the AI assistant
• No auto-playing or auto-rotating content — carousels advance only when you ask them to
• Reduced-motion support: animations are disabled when your device requests less motion
• Semantic HTML with proper landmarks, so assistive technology can navigate by region

Known limitations

The “Search MLS” experience opens Home ASAP, a third-party MLS search service we do not control. While we've chosen partners carefully, third-party pages may not meet the same accessibility standard as this site. If you have difficulty using the MLS search, contact us and we'll gladly run the search for you and send you the results directly.

Feedback

If you encounter any barrier using this website — a page that doesn't work with your screen reader, text that's hard to read, anything at all — please tell us. We take every report seriously and aim to respond within two business days.
